This workshop also facilitates the optimization and analysis of business processes, understanding of the customer base, ROI strategy, and the time to market demands. It helps us to determine the impact of new initiatives and define solutions for such objectives. The Activate phase involves identifying the architectural layers and designing the system. Test plans evolve concurrently and process and deployment diagrams are also prepared. Once design is completed, development commences coinciding with the road map outlined from the Workshop phase. The development of the system begins based upon the design documents produced.
