Queens Food, Inc.

Queens Food, Inc. was looking for an online presence for their chain of ethnic restaurants, Maharani Indian Cuisine. The successful hospitality organization felt it was time to leverage the power of the digital boom to market to potential restaurant customers 24 x 7.

ThinkingWave worked closely with management to deploy a comprehensive online strategy with an interactive website at its core. The website features some of the industry's leading online functionality including: online ordering for pick-up or delivery from Maharani's extensive menu; an online reservations systems; the ability to purchase gift certificates online; interactive tours; online sweepstakes/contests; online Catering requests, and; cleaver engaging content as "Ask The Chef" - a look inside Indian Cuisine. The website has increased foot traffic into the restaurant, and allowed management the ability to seamlessly communicate with customers on an ongoing basis, hours after the lights are out at the restaurant.

Wasserstein & Co

Wasserstein & Co wanted all their public facing company information to be consolidated and delivered via the web. They wanted their site to reflect the fact that Wasserstein & Co is a high caliber organization.

We worked with Wasserstein & Co to clearly identify their goals and requirements. ThinkingWave developed a customized solution that was dynamic and easily maintainable for their in-house staff. We also built a content management application that allowed Wasserstein & Co team members to update Buyout and Venture Investment content in a seamless fashion.

Top Tier Energy Provider

This energy company's comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application has been very effective in managing customer's needs over the past five years. However, it was difficult to find skilled resources to augment their internal staff when application enhancements were required.

ThinkingWave team members with extensive skills in supporting and modifying this CRM application were deployed to augment the internal staff and to provide backfill resources to free up internal resources to work on other, more strategic projects. ThinkingWave's skills helped this energy company to update and revise the application to meet new regulatory requirements. The application, previously slated for replacement, has become an efficient, cost-effective, reliable workhorse which is likely to be performing for years to come.

AT&T Solutions

In the mid-1990s, AT&T needed to expand its service offerings as a way to diversify its revenue base. AT&T Solutions was created as the vehicle for AT&T to enter the systems integration, network integration, and outsourcing markets on a global scale. AT&T Solutions grew from start-up entity to $10B in contract wins and $3B in annual revenue before being merged into AT&T Business Services.

ThinkingWave's principals assisted AT&T in evaluating the systems and network integration and outsourcing markets, developing the business plan, entry strategy, and operating metrics, and advising AT&T executives through the early stages of operations.

Top Tier US Wireless Carrier

This wireless carrier had both budget and network management issues in several regions due to regionalized growth and overall poor network design and planning.

ThinkingWave performed a comprehensive network technology and cost audit and recommended/implemented actions that reduced overall network costs by almost 15% annually. Additionally, the carrier is now able to better plan for subscriber growth using the audit framework.

"ThinkingWave delivers results. Their attitude and work ethic is second to none. They delivered a complete back-end technology solution for Wasserstein.com. They identified and implemented a reliable and scalable infrastructure that our own team can now manage in-house. The project also was on time and under budget - a welcome change to our organization."
