Queens Food, Inc.  Queens Food, Inc. was looking for an online presence for their chain of ethnic restaurants, Maharani Indian Cuisine. The successful hospitality organization felt it was time to leverage the power of the digital boom to market to potential restaurant customers 24 x 7.  ThinkingWave worked closely with management to deploy a comprehensive online strategy with an interactive website at its core. The website features some of the industry's leading online functionality including: online ordering for pick-up or delivery from Maharani's extensive menu; an online reservations systems; the ability to purchase gift certificates online; interactive tours; online sweepstakes/contests; online Catering requests, and; cleaver engaging content as "Ask The Chef" - a look inside Indian Cuisine. The website has increased foot traffic into the restaurant, and allowed management the ability to seamlessly communicate with customers on an ongoing basis, hours after the lights are out at the restaurant.
